International Shipping policy
* In order for us to process your order, please complete the checkout form in English only.
* Due to COVID-19 outbreak, FedEx, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners to some countries have been suspended. Please refer to FedEx, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners website for further information and updates.
* We are not currently offering expedited shipping due to delays in orders due to COVID-19.

- 1. All of our work need customized hand-painted, so it may take 2-7 business days after receiving your order. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.
- 2. Standard shipping: Due to COVID-19, the lead time may be 5-7 days longer than normal, so the international orders ship will need a 10-14 business day delivery period from the time of shipment. Anyway, we will try our best to delivery product to your hands as soon as possible.
- 3. Express shipping: If you want to get your products faster, you can upgrade to the shipping way of air express with additional expenses.
- 4. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday only.
- 5. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
Please be aware that circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc., may cause transport delays and delays. Delivery of the Products will be subject to the terms of service provided by Carrier. - 6. Your tracking number and the name of the Courier company will be emailed immediately after we place the order.
- 7. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
- 8. Products are delivered to your local post office upon arrival in your country, so delivery times will vary from country to country, depending on the efficiency and convenience of your postal service.
- 9. Shipping charges are not refundable on orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information. We would be happy to re-ship the order to you, however, there will be an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item to the correct address.
- 10. We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered.
- 11. Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
